Ensure your garments are in their original condition with all Lavish Alice tags attached, then securely seal them in their original packaging.
Generate Shipping Label
Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to download and print your prepaid return shipping label.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest designated drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
